The Challenge

We moved the crostinis and put them at the front of the line at our Market with a challenge to our shoppers. We asked everyone to take a bag and make something with the crostinis. We then asked shoppers to share what they made, whether it be a traditional bruschetta or anything that they could create. At the end of the night, every bag of crostinis was gone. As people walked through the Market, they shared various ideas for the crostinis, with some creative options. Let the Crostini Challenge begin.
